We’ve built clarity, given ourselves permission, started aligning our lives, and grounded it all in consistency…

Now it’s time for something that will support you through all of it:

compassion.

Because here’s the part no one talks about enough —
you can be doing all the “right” things… and still have hard days.

You’ll lose motivation.
You’ll fall out of routine.
You’ll question yourself.

That doesn’t mean it’s not working.

It means you’re human.

And the way you respond to those moments?
That’s what shapes your year.

✨ Do you criticise yourself and shut down?
✨ Or do you meet yourself with understanding and keep going?

Self-compassion isn’t letting yourself off the hook —
it’s creating a safe space to come back to.

Because you don’t need more pressure.
You need support.

So this week, I want you to try something different:

When things don’t go to plan, instead of asking
“Why can’t I just get it together?”

Ask:
“What do I need right now?”

Maybe it’s rest.
Maybe it’s encouragement.
Maybe it’s a reset — not a restart.

You’re allowed to begin again as many times as you need.

This journey isn’t about getting it perfect…
it’s about staying connected to yourself along the way.

And compassion is what keeps you there 🤍
