Momentum March – Week Three

Momentum March – Week Three

Taking Brave Action

Hey loves, welcome back to Momentum March. 🌼

We’ve spent the last couple of weeks resetting, refocusing and building gentle consistency. And now we arrive at something that can feel both exciting and terrifying at the same time:

Taking action.

Real action.

Not just planning.
Not just dreaming.
Not just thinking about what could happen “one day.”

Actually moving.

And if I’m honest, this is often the hardest part.

Because action requires courage.

It means risking failure. It means being seen trying. It means stepping outside the safety of overthinking and into the uncertainty of growth. And that can feel incredibly vulnerable.

But here’s what I want you to remember this week:

Your future cannot change if you stay frozen in fear.

Fear Loves To Keep Us Stuck

Fear is sneaky.

Sometimes it sounds obvious:

  • “What if I fail?”
  • “What if people judge me?”
  • “What if I’m not good enough?”

But sometimes fear hides itself inside procrastination, perfectionism and waiting for the “right moment.”

We tell ourselves:

  • I’ll start next month.
  • I need to be more prepared first.
  • I need more confidence.
  • I need everything to feel certain.

But if we wait until fear disappears completely, we may never begin.

Courage is not the absence of fear.

Courage is choosing to move anyway.

You Don’t Need Huge Steps

One thing social media gets wrong is making bravery look dramatic.

But brave action is often quiet.

Sometimes brave action looks like:

  • Sending the email
  • Starting the blog
  • Applying for the opportunity
  • Setting boundaries
  • Trying again after disappointment
  • Posting the content anyway
  • Asking for help
  • Resting when you’re exhausted
  • Believing your life can still change

Those moments matter.

Every single time you choose growth over fear, you build confidence little by little.

Stop Waiting To Feel Ready

This one is personal for me because I think so many of us spend years believing we need to become somebody different before we can pursue our goals.

More confident.
More organised.
More healed.
More experienced.

But growth happens while we’re moving, not before we begin.

You learn by doing.

You gain confidence through repetition.

You build momentum through action.

Nobody starts perfectly.

And honestly? Perfection is not the goal anyway.

The goal is progress.

What Momentum Really Looks Like

Momentum isn’t always exciting.

Sometimes it’s showing up when nobody notices.

Sometimes it’s continuing after the motivation fades.

Sometimes it’s rebuilding after setbacks.

And sometimes momentum looks incredibly ordinary:

  • Choosing discipline over excuses
  • Taking responsibility for your growth
  • Protecting your peace
  • Continuing quietly behind the scenes

Not every season of growth will be visible to others.

But invisible growth still matters.

This Week’s Challenge 🌼

This week, I want you to choose ONE thing you’ve been avoiding because of fear.

Just one.

Then ask yourself:
“What would happen if I stopped waiting and simply took the next small step?”

Not the whole journey.

Just the next step.

Maybe that means:

  • Opening the notebook again
  • Making the phone call
  • Launching the idea
  • Posting the first video
  • Writing the first paragraph
  • Signing up for the course
  • Letting yourself hope again

Whatever it is, let this be the week you stop standing still.

A Gentle Reminder

You are allowed to grow slowly.

You are allowed to start imperfectly.

You are allowed to be both scared and brave at the same time.

Please don’t underestimate the power of small courageous decisions repeated consistently over time. They have the ability to completely change your life.

Final Thoughts

Momentum March was never about becoming perfect.

It was about movement.

And this week is your reminder that bravery doesn’t always roar. Sometimes bravery whispers:

“Try again.”

So take the step.

Even if it’s small.
Even if your hands shake.
Even if you’re unsure.

Because your future deserves the version of you that decided to begin anyway. 🌼
